Eric Zakovich
Founder & Principal Consultant
Eric Zakovich, the founder of Long Run Leadership Consulting, has nearly 20 years’ experience coaching, consulting, and guiding leaders and teams to improve performance. He’s worked with organizations of all sizes, private & public companies, city and state governmental organizations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations across an wide spectrum of industries. While there are nuances to every organization he works with at his core he believes we are all humans who are trying to influence, guide, and lead other humans. In that commonality, Eric believes many lessons can be learned to help leaders grow and develop.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
Leah Weiss
Consultant
Leah specializes in team development, faciliation, and executive coaching. With a passion for positive psychology, community building, and organizational development Leah brings her expertise to help individuals, teams, and organizations flourish.
Leah holds an MS in Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western Reserve University. She has 5+ years of experience working with global organizations, local businesses, nonprofits, and individual leaders.
Leah lives in Boulder, Colorado and enjoys traveling and spending time in nature.
Reed Steele
Consultant
Reed Steele has 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating courses. During that time, he’s trained and coached undergraduate students, coaches, consultants, and employees across multiple organizations to improve individual and team performance. Reed uses visual design to make complex ideas digestible, memorable, and actionable.
Reed holds a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University and completed doctoral work in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
He lives in Minnesota with his wife, Julie, and two children.
Hailey Faulkner
Program Coordinator
Hailey Faulkner is a strategic thinker who brings years of experience in organizing and executing projects for clients and stakeholders across various industries. Skilled in project coordination, content creation, and creative problem-solving, she is able to deliver successful results.
She is passionate about building relationships with clients to drive positive impact in their organizations.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She lives in North Carolina with her husband, daughter, and 2 doodles.
