Coaching Case Study

When a leader was promoted into a key new role with significant growth and leadership responsibilities, her organization invested in a professional coach through Long Run Leadership.

The leader reflected on her history and key experiences, completed a series of high impact assessments, and was able to gain self awareness of what was getting in the way of achieving the results she wanted. She found herself thrown into situations where she made herself play ‘small’ and not speak up about problems or opportunities, and too frequently gave away her leadership authority to others.

Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on raising self awareness, identifying situations that were tripping her up, and identifying what she could do to overcome those challenges, the client reached a breakthrough moment.
